The Old Vicarage School, Derby is a non-selective, co-educational independent school for children aged 3 years -11 years, which provides a broad and balanced education within a unique setting. We are seeking a Part time Teacher of French to commence in April 2025. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, prepare creative lessons to an agreed syllabus in French, and teach each pupil according to their educational needs, teaching children from Nursery to Year 6. You will also be responsible for the setting and marking of work, including homework, and assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of each pupil.
Currently all lessons are delivered between 9-3pm on a Tuesday and Thursday each week and the ideal candidate will be able to continue this pattern for one term. There will be the opportunity to renegotiate timetable for September 2025.
