Digital Marketing Executive
Part Time : £30,000 Pro Rata - Freelance

What “good” looks like for this role
With a good grasp of digital marketing, you will be all over the marketing campaigns that are set up – with your wizz hand at videos, you relish getting some close-up techie shots in the laboratory with the tech team and putting the crowning touch on the LinkedIn posts going out. You know how important it is to get the technical side right, so you will spend a lot of time in the lab learning about the products and the language that the customers use – what a nozzle blockages is and what a pain it is for an engineer. You will be quite technical and experienced at prepping up Eshots to go and the detailed admin that comes with them after the campaign. You will also have experience in Ecommerce and working on the Shopify site to ensure products are listed correctly. You get so excited when you get replies and leads in from the campaign.
What we aren’t looking for…
Can’t do people! We are a team of winners, we are not looking for someone that just looks at metrics, visitors, but loses sight of leads in and commercial opportunities.
Role/Duty Whats involved? Goals/Objectives/KPI’s
Social media Ensuring the pipeline of social fits with the campaign 3-5 posts a week on Linkedin
Eshots Eshots and linkedin campaigns, website delivery – all things marketing and digital One Eshot campaign per month
CMS management – hubspot etc Ensuring that the blogs and whitepapers are set up correctly on the website Ensuring one new whitepaper is launched per month
Organising Technical webinars Pulling together SME’s for technical webinars 1 per quarter
Leads in Qualifying and tracking inbound leads 10 qualified A*-C leads in per month

Must have requirements/Qualification
• Curious and willing to learn about the technical side of adhesives
• Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing
• Experience installing and using CMS digital marketing software – such as hubspot etc
• Some qualification/training in digital marketing
• Some training in project management
• Maths, English and science GCSE A-C
Nice to have requirements
• Marketing or Chemistry Degree would be advantageous
• Able to shoot and edit videos
