Opportunity: Service Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Lisburn
Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday.
The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.
Due to growth and expansion, we now have a new opportunity for a Service/Operations Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team based in Lisburn.
In this role you will be:
* Providing a supportive link with the field engineering teams to ensure smooth running of the Service Centre.
* Working in close association with Service Centre staff on all aspects of invoicing, call handling and time sheet consolidation.
* Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the system (Protean).
* Processing reports and recording accurate data and completing follow-up action where necessary.
* Answering colleagues and customers' email requests in the shared inboxes.
* Providing timely management information and reports for business use.
* Collating engineer timesheets and processing engineers’ commissions for manager assessment.
* Maintaining an up-to-date employee holiday record on the portal.
* Supporting the final stages of invoicing.

* Strong Microsoft skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
