Bell Fire and Security is a dynamic and fast-growing business. Due to further expansion, we are looking for an experienced service coordinator to support our growing team in Glasgow. The individual will work closely with our Service Manager and the Administration team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The successful candidate will be essential to the smooth operation of the office together with the day-to-day assistance to the staff and manager.
The candidate will work on a wide range of duties such as coordinating diaries, maintenance planning, preparing quotations, dealing with suppliers, answering the telephone, booking in engineer calls, ensuring KPIs are met on a daily basis, and carrying out any tasks required by the manager, whilst working to tight deadlines.
What We Are Looking For:
You will be a well-organised individual who thrives on working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be a strong communicator, confident and methodical with an excellent eye for detail. As a team player, you will be keen to get involved, with a positive and can-do attitude and a passion for producing great results.
You will need to have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
