We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Bromley on a long-term temporary basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across all primary ages, providing essential support and encouragement to help students thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional development of students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students. Utilise effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement and learning. Skills and Qualifications: Experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting. Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
