About the Role:
As a Civil/Site Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the design, permitting, and execution of public and private land development projects throughout Connecticut. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of the engineering profession in New England while helping to build a diverse and collaborative team.
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, focused on client requirements. You’ll leverage the talents of your team while overseeing planning, land surveying, engineering design, permitting, and construction deliverables.
* Prepare proposals and contracts for large or multiple projects, including estimating fees and determining scope of work.
* Ensure project compliance with contract terms, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
* Solve complex problems, bringing innovative solutions to challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
* Hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Connecticut.
