The VCCP Partnership is an integrated communications agency set up in 2002 by Charles (V), Rooney (C), Adrian (C) and Ian (P), who founded the agency on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration around ideas rather than channels. Their founding client was BT Cellnet, now more commonly known as O2 and the most awarded brand in IPA effectiveness history.

We also provide very senior strategic planning for clients, customer journey mapping and helping clients to envision their future business, beyond just communications.

Our aim is to bring the VCCP Challenger Spirit to the healthcare sector, not settling to do things as they’ve always been done, but rather look at how things could be done differently. The agency works on prescription, medical devices, animal health, OTC & wellness brands, developing the full range of materials required for communications aimed at healthcare professional and consumer audiences. THE ROLE:
You are a creative, curious and proactive Art Director with bundles of passion and energy reporting into our Executive Creative Director. This role is to predominantly partner a Copywriter already at the Agency and take on briefs across all health clients and future pitches, as well as the smaller ones where you can create something out of nothing.
You will have a passion for ideas in all shapes and sizes with experience across all channels, with the ability to generate ideas that truly work in the smallest health space through to a launch film and content, experiential and everything in between – real through-the-line
experience.
Always demonstrating big thinking and adding value with every project, answering the brief with simple, relevant and unexpected ideas, as well as adding to it at every opportunity with additional thoughts to surprise and delight our Clients. You will be a creative chameleon able to put yourself in the HCPs shoes and realise the Agency’s first person insights into big, engaging conceptual thinking.
You must have the ability to see your conceptual thinking through into executions that do the idea justice, with experience on photographic and film shoots, working with and directing designers, overseeing production.
