We rely on our Credit Administration Assistants to support the credit insurance policy's processing, investigation and management. You will also collaborate with colleagues in the Accounts Receivable team and across the wider business to assist in maintaining our insurance coverage. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Credit team within Huws Gray.
Working in one of our central support teams, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Credit Administration Assistant with Huws Gray:
* You will be responsible for helping to assess, apply for and maintain insurance coverage for Huw Gray Group customers and accurately maintaining this information across various internal systems.
* Ensure the credit team is informed with the latest insurance information.
* Liaising with the insurance broker and underwriters, collating and supplying internal/external information to help maximise insurance coverage for the group.
* Assisting with the creation and maintenance of insurance claims and liaising with the credit team to ensure maximum claim payouts.
* Collaborate with the credit team to assess new customer account applications and perform any other supporting work for the credit team.
