Your Role as a Commercial Operations Specialist
Step into a role where you'll shape the future of respiratory health. As a key player on our commercial team, you'll:
* Lead the charge on managing and executing RFP submissions, amendments, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Conduct thorough QC reviews of proposals and cost estimates, ensuring top-quality work every time.
* Drive performance through task management within our CRM tool, keeping our sales and proposal pipeline running smoothly.
* Deliver insights into the Pharma Clinical Trials market, giving our Business Development Executives the intel they need to succeed in the US and Europe.
* Participate in high-energy weekly sales meetings, contributing your ideas and expertise.
* Step up to support the Head of Commercial Operations when needed - you're not just part of the team, you're an integral part of the business's success.

What We're Looking For:
* A whiz with MS Excel - you're comfortable navigating spreadsheets and can manage budgets and payment schedules effortlessly.
* Experience in a commercial organisation, ideally in Clinical Trials, core labs, or the preclinical space.
* A sharp eye for detail and a knack for spotting value in sales and marketing contexts.
* You're a CRM pro, keeping databases up to date with ease.
* Methodical and efficient in your research, you excel on web-based platforms.
* A team player who engages well with both in-office and remote colleagues.
* Analytical, with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when required.
* With 2-5 years' experience in finance or a similar role, you're ready to take the next step in your career - and we'll provide full training to support you along the way.
