A top UK Law firm is looking to hire a new Senior HR Systems Analyst on a permanent basis. The Team is responsible for the development of HR strategy in line with the Firm’s strategy and business goals.
1. Salary to £60,000 with excellent benefits
2. Hybrid working two days a week in the office, three remote

4. Role can be done full or Part-Time (4 day week minimum)
Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Systems Analyst :
5. To create, produce and assist in the production of reports and analysis of HR related management information
6. As ‘go to’ firm contact of core HR, payroll, benefits, and staff engagement systems, all HR Systems queries related to employee data, pay and benefits, diversity and inclusion/gender pay gap reporting and escalating as needed to the relevant HR Manager
7. To support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and Senior Reward & Payroll Adviser with monthly payroll processes and benefits administration
Key Requirements of the Senior HR Systems Analyst :
8. Previous experience as an HR Systems specialist with proven experience within a legal or professional services industry
9. Previous experience with HR and Payroll systems and other hosted sites and portals
10. Advanced user of MS Office applications Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
11. Strong data presentation and analytical skills
