Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a P2X Business Development Director at Wison New Energies, based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:
1. New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the P2X sector.
2. Business Planning: Developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
3. Lead Generation: Building a pipeline of potential clients and partners.
4. Contract Negotiation: Driving successful agreements with stakeholders.
5. Account Management: Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
While the position is based in London, flexibility for remote work is available as part of the hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and revenue growth in the P2X sector. Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders. Stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution: Craft business plans aligned with company goals and industry opportunities. Deliver data-driven insights to guide decision-making and project prioritization.
3. Lead Generation and Client Engagement: Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent progress toward business targets. Actively engage with prospects, presenting Wison’s solutions and value proposition effectively.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management: Drive successful negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners. Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
5. Account and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and fostering trust. Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
Qualifications
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in business development within the energy or P2X sectors. Proven track record of successful project and account management.
2. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of the P2X industry, technologies, and applications. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Language and Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Nordic or European languages, is an advantage.
4. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally as needed for client meetings and project requirements. Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
