We're LRB, a Bristol-based video agency specialising in B2B content that builds trust and drives results. From branded podcasts to powerful case studies, we create strategy-led films for clients across the UK and Europe. We’re a growing company, and we’ll be honest, we’re still finding our feet in some areas. That means things are evolving, and we’re looking for someone happy to roll with that. We’re on the hunt for a talented videographer/editor hybrid who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are chatting with clients.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and a bit of travel. You’ll be out and about across the UK (and sometimes Europe), filming branded podcasts, case studies, and other video content for our B2B clients. When you're not on location, you'll be editing from home or popping into our office on Spike Island in central Bristol – we don’t police when or where you work, as long as the work gets done.
You'll be using our in-house kit – Panasonic gear for podcasts and Sony FX6 and FX3 for other productions. A lot of shoots will be just you, or you and one other, so we’re after someone confident working independently, who can stay cool under pressure and adapt to whatever the shoot throws at you.
You’ll also be client-facing, so we need someone who enjoys being on set, knows how to make people feel comfortable, and is generally a good laugh to have around. We’re a small team, and we value personality as much as skills.
What You’ll Do
* Travel across the UK (and sometimes beyond) with our kit – you’ll be on the road a fair bit.
* Set up and shoot our renowned B2B podcasts, as well as case studies and brand films.
* Manage our kit: charging, packing, keeping things organised, and offloading footage after shoots.
* Interact directly with clients on set – bringing a calm, confident, and friendly vibe
* Work closely with Luke (our director) and Rob (our post-production lead) to bring each project to life.
* Lend a hand in the edit suite when needed – must be confident with Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe suite in general.
* Spot ways we can improve how we work and help shape new processes as the business grows
* You’ll be the third member of our growing team, so it’s a genuinely exciting time to get involved and help shape what LRB becomes
Required of you
* Solid camera skills – ideally experience with Sony’s cine-line (FX6, FX3), or confident learning new camera systems quickly
* Strong editing ability – fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and comfortable using After Effects to a high standard
* A creative eye – you understand cinematic composition, lighting, and know how to make a frame look beautiful
* Someone who can maintain and build on LRB’s visual style across all client work
* Confident lighting setups – both podcasts and more dynamic scenes
* Based in or very near Bristol
* Full, clean driving licence and access to a car – you’ll be travelling to shoots across the country
* Minimum 3 years of video production experience.
What We Offer
* A relaxed, collaborative environment where ideas are welcome and we don’t take ourselves too seriously
* We don’t police where you work – we expect some office time each week (our base is on Spike Island in Bristol), but you’re more than welcome to crack on with edits from home.
* Opportunities to grow your skills – we’re always up for supporting training or courses if there’s something you want to learn.
* Access to our full kit inventory (which is always growing), including Sony FX6, FX3, Panasonic podcast setups, lighting, audio gear and more.
* Competitive salary based on experience (£28,500 – £32,500)
* The chance to work on genuinely interesting B2B projects with great clients, and have a laugh doing it.
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Working in our small Spike Island office, right next to the SS Great Britain and a Banksy (how Bristol can you get).
How to Apply (Make It Creative)
Skip the formal cover letter. We’d rather see your creativity in action. Here’s what we’d love from you:
* A portfolio or showreel of work you're proud of
* A 1-minute video or voice note introducing yourself (optional, but very cool)
* A few lines about what excites you about this role
