The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent recruitment service to both clients and candidates, finding out what exactly they need, and advising both parties to help them make informed choices.
Day to Day Activities
* Proactive outbound activity to new potential clients & candidates.
* Using LinkedIn Recruiter to successfully find candidates who fit a client's profile.
* Discovery calls and conversations with new prospective clients and candidates.
* Helping candidates through their interview process, providing them with client feedback, and ensuring they feel prepared.
* Work to always fill new roles quickly with a high quality of work.
* Keeping on top of industry trends to stay relevant.
* Attending and contributing to team check-ins, culture-building activities, etc.
* Negotiating contracts for candidates.
* Accurately record data in our Recruitment CRM.
* Proactively manage your sales pipeline and focus on hitting business financial targets.
* Reporting weekly performance.
Success in this Role
* Build great relationships with candidates and clients and advise and influence them.
* Move deals through the pipeline to achieve financial targets.
* Act in line with our purpose and values as an Evergreen organisation.
