Test Equipment Response Engineer - Aerospace
Location: Cheltenham
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Negotiable on experience
Inside IR35 (Umbrella only)

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to test hardware failures through the business 'failure' workflow ticket system.
* Conduct technical investigations on equipment failures Prepare failure reports to inform the business stakeholders
* Support root cause analysis (FRACAS) with the Engineering team.
* Maintain compliance in accordance with mandatory regulations, and company processes
* Identify design improvements and work closely with the engineering team to implement them
* Support the verification of new equipment to ensure it is fit for service
Essential Qualifications:
* City and Guilds standard in a relevant discipline
* Demonstrable experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment
Desired Skills and Characteristics:
* Experienced Hardware/Repair Engineer
* Experience working within a fast-paced engineering production environment.
* Capable of diagnosing electrical and electronic test systems and comfortable with working as a team.
