Salary - £50,000 per annum

Partnered with IRS (Intelligent Repair Services) based in Germany, who are the largest provider of accident claim services in Europe, this partnership provides Halo with an unrivalled platform and the resource for excellent training, development and employee packages!
To support our Vehicle Damage Assessors we are looking for an Engineering Team Manager to lead the team to deliver accurate repair assessments, improve processes, and foster collaboration.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want you to be a part of it!
The role will include, but is not limited to the following:
* Leading and motivating the team to ensure quality and accuracy in all work.
* Developing and applying strategies to improve processes and achieve targets.
* Producing accurate repair assessments and final reports using images and invoices.
* Gathering, filing, and organising information in line with data protection rules.
* Keeping records updated and making sure company processes are followed.
* Monitoring workloads and raising any issues with the Operations Manager.
* Acting as the main contact for clients and internal teams to handle queries and feedback.
* Helping with hiring, training, and supporting the team’s performance and development.
* Encouraging team learning and professional growth.
* Staying informed about industry trends and new technologies to improve team performance.
* Carrying out any additional tasks given by the Operations Manager.

* Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given to a high standard.
