Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and that systems are pro-actively managed.
2. Monitor and Manage IT Expenditure: Ensure financial targets are met. Spot opportunities for cost saving and act upon them. Identify and manage any changes which could impact Service Operations costs.
3. Change Management: Lead the business through IT change, aligning all changes with organisational objectives, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity of service.
5. Asset Management: Including Joiners, Movers, Leavers, Client Hardware & Software Process Management, Software Licensing Controls and auditing for compliance aligned to Rexel Group Requirements.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in Service Operations Management.
3. Proven experience with IT Service Management Toolsets.
4. Strong background in managing third-party vendors and service providers.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
7. Superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
