To be successful my client will need to establish its global operations requiring & integrated operating model & systems to ensure consistency. Key to this integrated model is the Slipstream business program that has recently been initiated. With a strong focus on the UK operations the program seeks to harmonise my client’s systems & processes across several work streams. At the heart of this will be the establishment of an ERP environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance & warehousing functions. To this end a skilled SAP Program Manager is required to support the delivery of a complex ERP migration project.
SAP Programme Manager Responsibilities
* Managing the ERP Program team of project resources to ensure successful completion of the project in line with schedule & budget
* Controlling project planning activities associated with the migration of the ERP from Microsoft D365 to SAP S/4HANA
* Establish fit-for-purpose Program governance & risk management structures
* Sourcing & managing necessary project resources.
* Controlling project schedules to ensure that necessary modules & development activities are completed according to the project plan.
* Preparing project budgets, attaining necessary approvals in a timely manner & monitoring project financials & the realisation of defined project benefits.
* Effectively controlling & managing the issues, risks, dependencies & changes in scope associated with large, complex IT projects.
* Establishment of strategic change management strategies to streamline communications & business readiness activities.
* Developing & managing vendor contracts / agreements associated with projects under management.
