Our client, a reputable Insurance Brokers are looking for an experienced individual with excellent technical and customer service skills to join their team of Account Handlers at their Cambridge office as a Commercial Account Handler.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Commercial Account Executives to assist with negotiating with insurers and providing tailored insurance advice and first-class customer service to clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Administer a portfolio of client insurance plans in a professional and ethical manner following agreed procedures.
2. Handle a full range of commercial business across all classes.
3. Be the client’s first point of contact for cover queries, mid-term adjustments, quotations for additional insurances, document issue and many other tasks and projects.
