Key Responsibilities
Service for Sales: Provides service excellence to maximise sales
1. Is visible on the floor
2. Acknowledges all customers to the department
3. Engages with customers by approaching them and initiating conversation
4. Asks open ended questions to establish customer needs
5. Confidently demonstrates product knowledge
6. Maximises sale by offering additional products and services
7. Overcomes objections by offering alternatives
8. Operates till efficiently
9. Informs customer of current events and promotions
10. Takes every opportunity to promote and open Liberty Loyalty Card
11. Takes personal responsibility for ensuing customer problems are resolved
12. Creates further selling opportunities by taking customer details and contacting them to give them a reason to return
Standards:
1. Creates the environment to give the customer the best shopping experience
2. Ensure fixtures are fully stocked with balance of sizes and range
3. Checks stock to ensure it is currently ticketed and security tagged
4. Prepares for the day by dusting and cleaning fixtures
5. Monitors fitting room throughout the day to ensure it is welcoming for every customer
6. Keeps stockroom tidy and organised
7. Attends to deliveries within day of arrival
8. Keeps till area tidy and free of unnecessary clutter
9. Keeps till areas stocked of tissue paper and bags
10. Adheres to dress code and is well groomed to represent luxury brand
