We are seeking a highly organised Facilities Coordinator to support the delivery of integrated facilities management services. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual who can provide excellent customer service while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy site with both retail and office tenants. Key Responsibilities for a Facilities Assistant: Act as the main liaison for tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee office floors and surrounding areas to maintain an optimal workplace experience. Support the Contract Manager in delivering high-quality service and identifying improvement opportunities. Manage office functions, including access cards, procurement, deliveries, and compliance checks. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. Coordinate planned maintenance, subcontractors, and service charge budgets. Assist with DSE assessments, fire safety coordination, and first aid cover. Maintain service quality through audits, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Requirements for a Facilities Assistant: Strong understanding of building services and FM processes. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Customer-focused approach with strong communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
