Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Several years UK based experience in a similar role, ideally with a house builder.
* HNC qualification or higher in a relevant field.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
* Strong understanding of the UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
* Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications in line with project requirements.
* Ensure all designs adhere to UK Building Regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with design and construction teams to deliver innovative and sustainable housing solutions.
* Manage projects from conception to completion while ensuring timely delivery.
