Part Time Recruitment Officer
16 hours per week - £12,540 p/a - Doncaster DN5
As well as a salary of £12,540, the Recruitment Officer can expect:
1. Hours: 16 hrs per week 8am-4.30pm Mon-Fri two consecutive days per week (to be discussed at interview).
2. 10 days holiday (equivalent to 5 weeks), plus bank holidays.
Based in Doncaster, the Recruitment Officer will join the Human Resources Team, working 2 days a week in collaboration with another HR Officer working the other 3 days.
Duties will include:
1. Liaising with all recruitment stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, HR and external partners, writing and posting adverts, arranging interviews and providing feedback.
2. Maintaining an accurate HR filing system in respect of recruitment documentation and utilising the ATS (application tracking system) to maximum effectiveness.
3. Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters in liaison with HR.
4. Supporting with Apprentice recruitment activities and liaising with training providers.
5. Negotiating terms and conditions with external suppliers and managing their compliance with company requirements.
6. Maintaining an agency Preferred Supplier List, ensuring that all terms and conditions are adhered to.
If you are interested in the Part Time Recruitment Officer position, you will need:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in a role dedicated to recruitment/resourcing.
2. Full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
3. Ability to manage an online/electronic recruitment system.
4. Be able to source direct candidates and provide an excellent level of 'service'.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, agencies and suppliers.
6. Understand how to negotiate Terms and Conditions with external recruitment partners and develop a preferred supplier list.
7. Understand and mitigate the compliance and risk associated with non-employed workers.
