Job summary We have an exciting opportunity to help support the clinical coordination of Speech and Language Therapy provisions within Additional Resources Provisions across Buckinghamshire. Due to maternity leave, we are seeking to recruit 0.6 WTE Band 7 Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our Integrated Children and Young Peoples Therapy Service as Clinical Coordinator for Additionally Resourced Provisions, alongside another member of our team. This role also includes an opportunity to line manage and team lead other pathways within our School Aged and Statutory Pathway as required. You will have the opportunity to influence the delivery of high quality, evidence-based interventions for children and young people in Bucks. Main duties of the job The post holder will have line management and team lead responsibilities across our Additional Resourced Provisions as well as other pathways within our School Aged and Statutory Cluster. They will hold the responsibility of clinical-coordinator for our Buckinghamshire's Additionally Resourced Provisions for DLD, social communication, deafness and SEMH, alongside autonomously managing an ARP caseload, delivering specialist high quality evidence based input to children and young people.
