About the Role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will join a team of supportive and skilled HR professionals delivering HR Advisory services across Lincolnshire County Council. This is an integral role within our HR family, working in partnership with managers across the organisation and HR colleagues.
You’ll manage a complex Employee Relations caseload and provide a generic and agile HR Advisory service to a diverse range of service areas. What could be better?
The role enjoys hybrid working with a Lincoln work base and the ability to travel across the county when needed.

2. Be highly knowledgeable in the areas of employment law, employee relations, and working with Trade Unions.
3. Have a proven track record in providing professional HR Advice on employment relations issues including grievance, discipline, sickness absence, capability, and managing change in a large, complex, and diverse organisation.
4. Be an effective communicator, with an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a range of people.
5. Display and role model the right behaviours.
