Job Title: Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: 1. Provide individualised and group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects. 2. Develop and implement lesson plans based on the student's needs and curriculum requirements. 3. Assess student's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. 4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student's progress and areas for improvement. 5. Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress. Required Qualifications: 1. A degree in the relevant subject area or education. 2. Proven experience in tutoring or teaching. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Degree in the relevant subject area or education. Experience: Proven experience in tutoring or teaching. Knowledge and Skills: 1. Excellent understanding of the subject matter being taught. 2. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.). 2. Experience working with students of different ages and abilities. Working Conditions: 1. Part-Time hours, flexible schedule. 2. Work may take place in educational institutions, libraries, or online. 3. Interaction with students, parents, and colleagues on a regular basis.
