Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will provide support for all HR project management activities, HR processes, recruitment, and management information. This includes gathering information from stakeholders and users while contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing tasks related to business improvement, recruitment, policies, and HR projects and initiatives. Your role will involve creating and maintaining HR project schedules and weekly status reports. Additionally, you will assist in the rollout of new transactional and administrative processes, including recruitment, and the creation of administration service level agreements.
You will possess strong organisational skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to show initiative when solving problems.
Experience with HR and Payroll database systems is desirable as you will assist in the rollout of any new HR system functionality and creating meaningful data reports to assist others in the People Services Team and other departments.
Grade 5 (£26,038 - £29,659 increasing to £26,338 - £29,959 from March 2025).
