The Brain Injury Support Worker will support the client with daily routines, including health management and emotional care. They will offer assistance with the client's counselling course and engage in creative activities such as open mic nights, video games, and art. The role also involves promoting independence, providing guidance for personal development, and managing challenging behaviours to support the client's overall well-being.

Brain Injury Support Worker - Chester Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour Working Hours: Minimum 48-hour sleep over shift per week
About the Client: Our client is currently pursuing a counselling course and would benefit from support. They have a passion for creative activities such as open mic nights, video games, and art. It would be ideal for someone with an interest in the creative side to support the client in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:

* Offer assistance with the client’s counselling course.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar support role, particularly with brain injury.
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work the required hours, including 48-hour shifts.
