A reputable insurance company is seeking a recent graduate for an exciting opportunity to join their human resources department.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing internal recruitment processes, including writing job ads, conducting interviews, preparing contracts, and onboarding new employees
* Developing onboarding and training plans for new recruits to help them start their careers effectively
* Handling general administration related to sick leave, maternity/paternity/parental leave, holidays, etc.
* Participating in business-wide projects and facilitating their success through internal communication
You will also have the opportunity to pursue further qualifications and training, work remotely twice a week, and benefit from a discretionary bonus.
What Are We Looking For?
* A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in HR, business, or a related field, with relevant modules or experience
* Some office-based experience is preferred; HR internships or placements are advantageous but not essential
* The ability to interview and start work as soon as possible
