Our Marketing Team sits in Casa Hotel and supports both venues in driving revenue and engagement through effective marketing activities both on and offline. As part of the wider sales and marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives on variety and enjoys the pace of hospitality marketing.
Your duties and responsibilities:
* To support the execution of effective marketing to achieve the hotel’s operational and marketing objectives
* To manage the design, development and stock of all marketing collateral across both Hotels, processing briefs from operations, sales and other teams for collateral requests, including menus, posters, flyers, POS and digital assets
* Using Trello to brief our in-house creative team and manage the brief through to approval and print, challenging briefs where required, providing the design team and others with existing assets as part of the above
* Following training, to ensure both websites and all other touch points are up to date and make sense from a guest journey point of view, making web edits or briefing the Web Developer
* Respond to general email requests to the marketing team, mainly in the form of charity, fundraising or community requests for support and manage the process for charity giving where approved
* Work with the marketing manager to maintain all systems, including the collateral planner, Trello, content calendars, reporting schedules, etc.
* To manage your own marketing projects, activities and campaigns as required
* Provide general administrative support, as requested, to support the broader sales and marketing function where you can do so
