Administrative Support Assistant

Part Time (14 Hours)
Temporary 3 months with possible extension
The purpose of this role is to work with the administration team and other regional colleagues to deliver Case Management and related administration. The role provides administrative support to specific regional Senior Officers and liaises with external partners, such as HR departments, in organizing representational meetings.
Responsibilities
1. Case Management Administration and Member Support
2. Ensure all communications received in relation to member issues/cases are dealt with promptly and effectively
3. Produce correspondence, reports, statements, and any other documentation in relation to the region and member case requirements
4. Diary management
5. Book meeting rooms for member meetings as required
6. Make travel arrangements for designated team members including booking of travel tickets and accommodation
7. Organize and administer team meetings as required
8. Recruitment and Retention
9. Take part in events and actively promote membership
10. Customer Service and query handling
11. Required to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the job
12. Occasional travel within the UK with occasional overnight stays and extended days required to fulfill the duties of the post
Experience of working in the NHS would be advantageous but not essential.
