We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Specification Manager to join our team covering architectural practices in London.
Base and Geographical area
You will be based at home with approximately 80% travel throughout the Southeast & London (in conjunction with existing team members).
The role
Reporting to the Head of Regional Sales – South, you will be responsible for driving product specifications, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring our solutions are integrated into major projects across various sectors.
Main responsibilities

Specification Development: Promote and secure specifications for Gerflor and Gradus products within architectural and design communities.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, and end-users to drive product adoption.

Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of our products into designs and installations.

Technical Support: Provide technical advice, product presentations, and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) seminars to clients.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, specifications, and client interactions using CRM tools.
About you
This role is suited to someone with proven experience in specification sales or a related role within the construction or interior products industry. As such, you will have a strong network within the architectural and design community in London.
Self-motivated, with strong communication and presentation skills, you will have the ability to convey technical information effectively and have direct involvement on every part of your projects, from specifications to site meetings.
