What the job involves As a Housing Solutions Officer, you will support households in temporary accommodation by addressing a wide range of issues, including queries, complaints, housing advice, disrepair, and anti-social behavior. Your role involves proactively assisting residents in finding housing solutions and transitioning from temporary accommodation to private rented housing. You will ensure that temporary accommodations are maintained to required standards, working in partnership to resolve tenancy issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for all aspects of tenancy and property management, including conducting repairs, investigating complaints, and managing tenancy-related challenges within Enfield’s private rented sector, which includes nearly 4000 homes.
