Position Overview: The Company Secretary Advisor for Diligent Entities will be the subject matter expert for the market-leading entity management solution. They will be responsible for ensuring that Diligent needs the global compliance needs for clients by keeping up to date with the latest compliance changes and working with the Product and Development Team to articulate the compliance requirements. The Company Secretary Adviso r will be the thought leader in the entity management space and will be comfortable presenting at user conferences and attending client meetings. Key Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring Diligent Entities meets global compliance requirement across supported jurisdictions. Engage with external stakeholders including Government Bodies and 3 rd Parties to define the on-going regulatory support strategy in supported jurisdictions Supporting Product Managers and the Development Team to ensure legislation requirements are understood and appropriately prioritised in the development backlog Keep up-to-date with current and future regulatory changes and create a backlog of upcoming legislation that has an impact on Diligent Entities Provide support and content for internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Support, Training and Sales on compliance issues that Diligent clients face Provide thought-leadership in the entity management space through user conferences, focus groups and client meetings Required Experience/Skills: 5 years company secretary either in a corporate environment or for professional services organisation Proficient user of Diligent Entities Corporate Governance Institute qualified or similar qualification (desirable) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to understand and interpret complex legislation and create clear and easy to understand information for wider stakeholders What Diligent Offers You Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
