We have a 12-month maternity cover vacancy for a HR Advisor to join our small People Team based at Brewpoint, Bedford.

Responsible for providing efficient, accurate and timely advice and administrative support encompassing all areas of generalist HR across the business, you will need to be immediately available, or at short notice, and happy to commit to us for 12-months.
Position:
* Being the 1st point of contact for all HR queries.
* Producing employment contracts, variation letters, reference checks, new starter packs and inductions.
* Submitting and checking monthly payroll amends for Support Centre employees.
* Updating our HR system, Cezanne and organisation charts.
* Raising POs in a timely manner and processing relevant invoices.
* Supporting employees in accessing our Novuna salary sacrifice car scheme.
* Managing delivery of all rewards and benefits.
* Supporting line managers in investigation and disciplinary meetings when required.
* Uploading and maintaining the WellSmart learning platform with HR and policy documents.
* Collating PDR documents and feedback from managers.
* Managing the Holiday buy/sell benefit and update the HR system.
* Supporting with HR reporting.
* Responding to daily information requests quickly and efficiently for key stakeholders.
* Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements:
With a minimum of 18 months in a HR capacity you will be a highly organised and accurate professional who can work well within a fast-paced team environment. Your ability to work independently and use your initiative will be vital along with excellent communication skills.
Due to the nature of our business, hospitality, you need to display energy, drive, and passion to deliver high attention to detail and customer service.
You will be positive and have a flexible approach to work.
Your pro-active and customer orientated approach to your work combined with the ability to multi-task will be demonstrated in your previous experience.
A sound knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Proven experience of working within a process driven, automated, administrative environment will put you in good stead to hit the ground running.
