Overview Our client services team are on the hunt for a Senior Account Executive who will be responsible for working with clients & suppliers. You need to be organised, savvy, motivated, smart and proactive. The ideal candidate could be developing a foundation in client services within the advertising/media industry, with a particular focus in OOH media. Or, they could be a junior production assistant who is looking to embark on a career in the advertising world. The Senior Account Executive will be supporting the Account Director with delivering exciting Creative OOH brief responses and campaigns to Publicis Groupe media agencies and their clients. This includes: flyposting, murals, special build billboards, and even guerrilla projections. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution driven approach to client needs. The Senior Account Executive would report into the Account Director and would also receive support from the Senior Management Team to develop their skill set and grow in their role Key Responsibilities: Project Support: End to end support, in the planning, execution, evaluation of Creative OOH & experiential campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure high-quality results. Internal Relationship Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for some of our agency clients, external stakeholders and the production teams. Key Liaison with suppliers and project management: Responsible for supporting the delivery of mural, flyposting and guerrilla OOH activity across several accounts. Smart Thinking: Assist in preparing presentations and proposals. Communicate effectively and professionally to build one-to-one relationships with clients, growing understanding of our clients' businesses and their objectives. Sales Support: Identify opportunities for account growth and support the presentation of innovative solutions to clients. Financial Administration: Assist in updating budgets, managing PO requests, and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the OOH media space. Stretch goals: Fresh perspectives and opinions are highly valued within this team. We eventually want the Senior Account Executive to own end-to-end supplier relationships, and in turn own a whole section of our client offering. Qualifications A passion for client servicing and creative production Background in Production/Events/advertising/media industry, with a focus on customer or client services. Confident communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch up priorities Detail orientated with a proactive nature Understanding and willingness to meet deadlines and work to timelines.
