The Opportunity
To provide customer service and administrative support to the UK and Ireland, supporting wholesalers and the internal office departments.
Role Responsibility
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
* Processing Wholesaler and direct orders
* Dealing with Wholesaler queries
* Processing credits
* Reporting, managing, and processing any Product Defects through the Self-Service Portal, keeping in contact with complainants and ensuring an appropriate resolution.
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries
* Coding finance invoices and processing for approval, updating internal Marketing Spreadsheet
* Processing Specific orders and dealing with any Specific queries
* Producing wholesaler weekly back-order report
* Managing and processing any shortages and damaged goods through the Self-Service portal.
* Managing and processing other customer queries, i.e. temperature queries, over deliveries, etc.
* Managing product defect sample returns when required.
* Managing generic e-mail inboxes

Additional Information:
* This role is hybrid, based in our Shrewsbury office 3 days per week and 2 days at home
