Please note this role is based in our Orpington office 5 days a week on a fixed term 6 month contract The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supplier Fault Claims Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing the claims process for manufacturing faults, ensuring smooth communication between our store and our suppliers to ensure the best outcome and customer satisfaction for our end customers. Your Responsibilities Claims Management: Process and manage claims related to manufacturer faults, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Store Support: Act as the primary point of contact for our stores, providing clear and accurate information on how best to proceed with their claims. Supplier Liaison: Communicate effectively with manufacturers and suppliers to investigate and resolve claims, ensuring compliance with warranty terms. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all claims, including photographs, correspondence, and outcomes, in accordance with company policies. Compliance: Ensure all claims are processed in line with consumer rights laws and company policies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and the buying team to coordinate investigations and outcomes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable using systems.
