Contract Management:
* Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers, focusing on terms that align with the company’s objectives, such as price, quality, and delivery schedules.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
* Budget Management: Work closely with finance and operations teams to manage procurement budgets and ensure expenditures align with forecasts.
* Cost Savings: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the procurement process.
* Spend Analysis: Analyse spend data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
Process Optimization:
* Procurement Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.
* Reporting: Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
