LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated and organised Car Park Coordinator to join our team at our dealership in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the car park operations to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of vehicles, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the car park.
* Ensure proper allocation of parking spaces and monitor vehicle flow in the area.
* Assist customers with parking enquiries and directions.
* Coordinate with the service and sales teams to support vehicle movements.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the car park area.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A valid driver's license is essential.
