Job Description
The Housing Litigation Solicitor will be:
* Managing complex caseloads involving anti-social behaviour, debt recovery, and tenancy breaches.
* Providing sound legal advice and conducting litigation, including issuing and defending claims.
* Preparing and presenting cases in court, including drafting pleadings and correspondence.
* Collaborating with external agencies and promoting the organisation's reputation with stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The Housing Litigation Solicitor should be:
* A Solicitor or Legal Executive - NQ-5 years PQE.
* Experienced in housing law, possession proceedings, and civil procedure rules.
* Skilled in managing complex cases and drafting high-standard legal documents.
* Confident attending and presenting in court, including open court hearings.
