Senior HR Officer urgently needed for an immediate start to work in the Employee Relations, Attendance and Inclusion Team (ERAI) set in Holywell Hospital Antrim. The hours of work for this position will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with a rate of pay of £14.53 per hour. This is a temporary position set to last a minimum of 3 months. The main job duties you will be required to complete will be:
* Supporting managers and staff with employee relations, attendance and general queries.
* Managing cases like absence, performance and employee relations.
* Assisting with investigations and providing HR support to managers involved in processes.
* Deliver training to managers and staff on employee relations and inclusions.
* Supervising a team of junior team members and assisting them with queries.
What We Need From You
* Relevant University Degree or CIPD Qualified.
* Relevant experience working in Human Resources.
