The role: Digital Account Manager - B2B Marketing
Location: near to Blackburn, Lancashire - hybrid working with 3-4 days per week onsite (non-negotiable)
Salary: £30k to £40k basic (DOE) + benefits
Contract: Full time | permanent
This role is not open to relocation or sponsorship
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and confident Digital Account Manager to join a fast-paced, client-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of clients and campaigns, acting as the vital link between client needs and digital delivery.
What you'll be doing:
1. Managing a portfolio of digital clients and acting as their key point of contact
2. Scoping out briefs, translating business needs into actionable digital plans
3. Presenting campaign updates, performance reports and insights back to clients
4. Building strong relationships and spotting growth opportunities within accounts
5. Supporting in proposal creation and pitching
What you’ll need:
1. 2+ years’ experience in a digital agency or client-facing marketing environment
2. Confident understanding of digital channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, content, email)
3. Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Strong project management ability and attention to detail
6. Commercial acumen – able to identify up-sell opportunities
Nice to have:
1. Experience using platforms like GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEMrush or similar
2. Understanding of CRO and A/B testing
