Part of the ICS Team partners with corporate and small business clients to help them manage cash flow and increase profitability through a variety of automated expense management tools. The International Field Enablement (IFE) team leads all field go to market communication, trainings, and tools strategies for our 2000 Sales and Account Development (Account Sales) organisations. This includes innovative learning and delivery programs to enable our field to provide a best-in-class prospect and customer experience as well as creative and engaging communications of critical business content such a new products, services, and tools. As experts in large field team needs and go to market strategies, we partner across the business on internal go to market strategies. How will you make an impact in this role? The Training Specialist, Field Enablement, will work in a fast paced, collaborative and highly visible team. They will be responsible for driving the learning agenda for the UK Sales and Account Development teams through: - - Supporting the manager to understand field priorities and translating this into an annual training plan. - Building out content to deliver a best-in-class training path (new hire and tenured). - Own the delivery of New Hire program. - Support and / or facilitate key programs such as American Express Sales Framework and Leadership training. - Ensure efficient management of coordination and communication for our participants and stakeholders. - Maintain appropriate data records to meet audit requirements, and measure success against scorecard KPIs. - Tracking performance of training participants Minimum Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in training delivery, sales enablement; experience in marketing, B2B sales/account development/support roles - a strong plus - Proven track record developing successful training programs to accelerate the performance of B2B customer facing teams - Outstanding facilitation skills are a must, coupled with a superior ability to take a large audience 'on a journey' while presenting - Experience collaborating across many functional areas (such as field, marketing, product, risk, operations) to lead the design and delivery of relevant, timely, and engaging large scale digital/virtual/and experiential training programs - Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced, complex, and multi-tasking environment - Outstanding project management skills - A customer centric mindset - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and prioritization - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Enthusiastic, fun, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn - High attention to detail and ability to manage and demonstrate robust training tracking, monitoring, and measuring.
