We are looking to appoint an efficient and organised Cover Coordinator. The role is primarily focused on arranging Cover for students’ lessons and line managing two Cover Assistants, but also provides invaluable administrative support in the day to day running of the school with responsibility for the administration of the school calendar and providing additional support to the main office team.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a school environment and enjoy working in a busy office. The role will suit someone who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner, and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders at any given time is essential, requiring someone to be organised, flexible and good at managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Knowledge of and/or experience in working with a management information system (eg SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)would be an advantage and training in systems for Cover will be provided. The working hours for this role will be 07.30 to 15.15, term time plus 2 weeks.
