We’re looking for a Strategy & Insights Analyst to join our iwocaPay team
iwocaPay works with sellers to offer innovative Trade Credit and BNPL solutions for business customers. Those sellers are essential to our success, as we need them to offer iwocaPay to their customers, who in turn use us to spread the cost of their purchase, for improving cash flow and operational flexibility.

iwocaPay is a dynamic, fast-growing team of 30 within a leading fintech company. The iwocaPay Strategy and Insights team is a small but mighty team that owns the business intelligence reporting tools that other teams rely on, and conducts analyses, bringing insights that drive strategic decisions and influence prioritisation of projects. The role:
We’re looking for a Strategy & Insights Analyst who can elevate the knowledge of our top of funnel and acquisition efforts. As part of the Strategy & Insights team, you’ll help the sales team manage our customer relationship management (CRM) data and uncover insights to drive more relevant leads to iwocaPay.
The role will include:
1. Collaboration with the Sales team
o Analyse sales data and customer performance that feeds into sales forecasting & strategic planning.
o Support the Sales team in improving and streamlining operational processes, tools, & technologies. Help the team identify their highest impact activities and other opportunities for improvement.
2. Data Ownership
o Refine and develop our team’s usage of Hubspot, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date leads & customer information. This could also include advising our business and tech teams on CRM best practices.
o Build reports & dashboards in Hubspot and Looker, to provide insights into sales performance and customer engagement.
The requirements:
Essential:
1. 3+ years analytical experience working in a B2B environment supporting sales, managing data, and uncovering insights.
2. Proficiency in SQL and exposure to database management.
3. Experience with business intelligence or data visualisation tools. We use Looker, but exposure to Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is great as well.
4. Possess a strong analytical background, clear communication skills, and a growth mindset.
Bonus:
1. Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other product intelligence platforms.
2. Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
3. A statistical background or experience setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
The salary
The salary range is £35,000 - £60,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
