We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial legal services, primarily to small business and start-up clients. The role requires working independently, remotely, and with flexible working hours. Key Experience We are looking for lawyers with around 2-4 years PQE within general commercial law, either having worked in private practice or in-house environments. The key legal experience we are looking for is commercial contract drafting and review. In addition to general commercial law experience, experience in the following areas will be looked on favourably: Corporate law, including startup capital raising or M&A Employment law Technology law Note: We are a legal consultancy, not a regulated law firm. This means we can only provide services in specific areas of practice and do not handle disputes or litigation. However, this also allows us to consider a broader range of candidates for this role. Since we can hire employees with international legal qualifications, UK qualifications are highly valued but not essential. Additionally, while experience within UK firms is a strong advantage, we also welcome applicants with experience in other common law jurisdictions.
