About Honiton Leisure Centre

What We Need from You:
1. Qualifications: Swim England or STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification is essential.
2. Commitment to Safety: Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all learners.
3. Communication Skills: Engage effectively with swimmers of all ages and maintain clear communication with parents.
4. Tech Savvy: Comfortable managing registers and using electronic devices to streamline operations.
5. Proactive Attitude: A continuous improvement mindset, seeking growth through training, mentoring, and compliance updates.
What You Will Bring:
1. Expertise: Solid foundation in swimming instruction backed by relevant qualifications.
2. Calm Under Pressure: Ability to stay composed and handle emergencies confidently.
3. Motivation: Natural talent for inspiring and encouraging swimmers to reach their best.
4. Experience (Preferred): Previous teaching experience and additional qualifications such as R.L.S.S. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or First Aid Certificate are a plus.
