As Room Leader, you will: Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education. Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to thrive. Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. We’re looking for someone who is: Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent. Experienced in leading or supervising a nursery team. Passionate about child development and early education. An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
