Responsibilities
1. Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
2. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
4. Up-sell products or services to customers when appropriate
Requirements
1. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
2. Excellent phone etiquette skills
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively

Salary: £22,634 – £25,632 yearly
