A niche financial services business based in Central London are now looking to employ their first Recruitment Business Partner. Recruitment is currently being run by the HRBPs and HRD however now is the time to break this out into its own function. This is a brand new role and will be quality not quantity focused.
The role will be focusing on the direct hiring of a number of roles annually across the revenue generating and central functions of the business which cover the UK, Dubai and EU. There will also be a number of projects to get involved with as well including but not limited to ATS improvement, leveling up of all recruitment processes, looking at and maximizing employer branding and interview training across the business.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has both Financial Services experience that also speaks fluent German (to assist with the German and EU offices). The desired candidate will have a proven track record of direct hiring a diverse number of roles within a business from front to back office as well as infrastructure and senior hires.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with HR colleagues and business teams to understand their business, key drivers and ensure the delivery of a best-in-class recruitment service.
* Own and drive the recruitment process end to end in accordance with the full recruitment process and agreed service levels including but not limited to writing the role descriptions, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, reference checking, short-listing and negotiating packages with successful candidates.
* Identify and implement creative, impactful, proactive and cost-effective sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn and other approaches to develop talent pipelines to meet current and future recruitment needs in London, Dublin and Dubai and also in parts of Europe’s business as appropriate.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the talent acquisition process.
* Build influential relationships with our hiring managers.
* Provide direction and work closely with the Recruitment Co-Ordinator regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.
* Champion and drive the use of technology to support the local recruiting process.
* Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all information in the applicant tracking system.
* Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation and many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunity.
* Partner with the HR Business Partners to formulate and deliver offers to candidates and follow up as appropriate to successfully convert offers.
* Contribute to global recruitment projects and advocate for recruitment technology enhancement.
* Be a consultative partner to the business and go-to SME.
* Demonstrate passionate commitment to our HR team, and to supporting and growing our business.
* Be a brand ambassador for the firm at recruiting-focused events and engagements.
